Stuart Lawrence has worked as a teacher and coach in schools, football teams, youth engagement programmes and with the Home Office and HMP Belmarsh. His own story, as well as that of his brother Stephen Lawrence, is one of hope, change, respect and resilience even in the toughest of times.
Dr Delroy Hall has worked as a counsellor for over thirty years within a variety of settings: namely, universities, the NHS, the third sector, mental health services, Rampton Hospital, and private practice. He is a registered member of the British Association for counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adheres to the standards of the BACP ethical framework. His main areas of focus are dealing with loss and grief, depression, anxiety, clergy stress and developing self-love. He is psycho-dynamically trained, which means he is interested in a persons’ life history and what events have occurred in their lives, but also uses other approaches to help clients make sense of their life experiences.
Summaya Mughal is a broadcast journalist as well as a radio and TV presenter. The accountant turned award-winning TV/Radio presenter works for BBC Radio Leicester. Summaya won a talent search at BBC Radio Nottingham in 2018 to present and produce their weekday evening show and then joined BBC Radio Leicester in September 2018 to host the Drive show with Jimmy Carpentex. Summaya was one of the 35 chosen people to host one-off shows on BBC Radio 1 over Christmas 2019. She presented the Radio 1 breakfast show as part of the station’s new talent Christmas line-up.
